My journey in bodywork began with a transformative trip to China in 2007, where I immersed myself in studying the energetic foundations of health. Since then, I’ve explored a wide range of practices, including kinesiology, osteopathy, yoga, Pilates, and running. In 2016, I furthered my expertise by training directly with Stefania Tronconi, the founder of Bioginnastica, an Italian method focused on restoring psycho-emotional balance. I have been actively teaching since 2018 and launched two signature programs: Quantum Painting and Mindful Pregnancy and Childbirth. In 2020, I introduced Mindful Breathing, which has been well-received. Most recently, in November 2023, I completed advanced training in “Evoking the Core” by Tom Myers and Karin Gurtner. Beyond teaching, I share insights on mindful living through my blog, where I cover a broad spectrum of topics, including mindful parenting, sustainability, natural health, business, and partnerships. In 2024, I launched my own line of signature essential oil blends, each accompanied by a specially curated audio guide. |

Bioginnastica Bioginnastica is an Italian breathing methodology aimed at helping the body find its natural balance This innovative Italian method uses patented foam balls to engage the body, emotions, feelings, and mental patterns, releasing emotional tension and physical rigidity to restore the body’s natural balance. Practising this method helps to realign the spine, improve posture, and stimulate lymphatic flow, circulation, and the nervous, endocrine and immune systems.
